    Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician - 3rd Shift

    Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team on the 3rd shift. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting repairs and maintenance on food processing machinery, contributing to the seamless operation of our facilities that supply a variety of food products to national supermarkets.

    Responsibilities

    + Conduct maintenance repairs on food processing machinery, including boilers, conveyors, labelers, motors, and gearboxes.

    + Responsible for routine repairs and on-line adjustments.

    + Perform daily inspection checklists of equipment in assigned areas.

    + Execute line setups, start-ups, changeovers, and shutdowns.

    + Lubricate line equipment according to standard operating methods and frequencies.

    + Create and update routine preventative maintenance plans in SAP and monitor maintenance performance measures.

    + Perform major overhauls as needed.

    + Execute PM01, PM02, and work orders as scheduled.

    + Maintain a valid Fork Truck License.

    + Progress through the Line Mechanic progress program to advance to Maintenance Class IV – Line Mechanic.

    Essential Skills

    + Preventive maintenance experience (3+ years).

    + Repair food processing machinery (2+ years).

    + Troubleshooting mechanically (2+ years).

    + Electrical troubleshooting (480v motors).

    + PLC troubleshooting (Allen Bradley).

    + Hydraulics.

    + Pneumatics.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience with electrical troubleshooting.

    + Experience with PLC troubleshooting.

    Work Environment

     

    Work in a GMP environment where safety measures such as hair nets, beard nets, safety shoes, and safety glasses are required. The position operates on a 3rd shift from 9:00 pm to 5:00 am, Monday to Friday, with potential overtime expected (up to 10 hours a week) and availability for Saturday shifts at 1.5x pay. Enjoy a climate-controlled environment with a $2.00 shift premium.

    This is a Contract position based out of Beaver Dam, Wisconsin.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $36.00/hr.
