Job Title: Painter

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled painter to join our team, specializing in painting with a pressure pot system on dump truck beds and flatbed trucks. This role involves prepping, cleaning, and maintaining the painting booth and pressure lines to ensure high-quality finishes.

Responsibilities

+ Paint dump truck beds and flatbed trucks using a pressure pot system.

+ Prep and clean surfaces before painting to ensure optimal paint adhesion.

+ Maintain and clean the painting booth and pressure lines regularly.

+ Mix and prepare paints according to specifications.

+ Operate spray guns and powder coat equipment to achieve desired finishes.

Essential Skills

+ 1-3+ years of experience painting in the industrial or automotive sector.

+ Proficiency in mixing and prepping paints.

+ Experience with spray guns and paint booths.

+ Knowledge of powder coating techniques.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ 1-3+ years of experience working in paint booths.

+ Experience with pressure pot systems or spray guns.

+ Ability to spray liquid or powder coat paints effectively.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Birmingham, Alabama.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
