The facility employs just under 600 full time associates in a 5-shift operation, which encompasses 235,000 sq ft. along with 12,000 skus. In addition to the conversion, customizing and packaging activities, abrasives are now a big part of our power tool accessory business. ISO certified, our associates engage in BPS, CIP and 5S . Job Description

• Monitor manufacturing FIFOs and react when min/max limits are reached

• Take inventory of Value Stream flow racks and adjust the system as needed

• Stage Materials in SAP as needed for production orders

• Post Production orders in SAP when completed

• Support the Shift Coordinator with daily tasks as need to meet production targets

• Collect and Record Production Data

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED from an accredited school, Technical or vocational schooling a plus.

• 3 to 5 years previous experience in production or warehouse environment.

• 3 to 5 years previous experience in SAP.

• Ability to communicate effectively with Shopfloor Leadership, Associates and Support Departments.

• Ability to lift (up to) 40Lbs
