**Starting Pay Rate:** $19.52/HR, plus $0.75/HR night shift differential **paid weekly** !

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

+ Maintain a safe, clean and friendly work environment.

+ Accurately control inventory of all raw materials, packaging, and finished goods, which includes requisitioning, receipt, storage, handling, scanning and shipping of these products.

+ Accurately account for all material movements including in-plant product holds.

+ Perform incoming trailer inspections as assigned.

+ Ability to read and understand written specifications, procedures, safety issues and interpretation of diagrams for proper packaging.

+ Ability to accurately control inventory throughout the entire process.

+ Other duties as necessary

Qualifications:

+ High school diploma or equivalent experience

+ Basic math and computer skills

+ Forklift certification

+ Ability to safely operate a forklift

+ Good oral and written communication skills

+ Strong organizational skills

+ Work 12-hour shifts, standing and walking for extended periods

+ Climb

+ Heed safety warnings, devices and alarms

+ Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing

+ Frequently lifts, carries, pushes or pull objects up to 50 lbs with occasional lifts up to 65 lbs. All lifts over 65 lbs require 2 person lift or mechanical assistance.

+ Possess adequate ability to do problem solving and establish cause and effect relationships in an office and/or manufacturing environment.
