Responsibilities:

+ Lead the identification, analysis, and implementation of process improvements across IT operations, service delivery, incident management, and change control.

+ Develop and maintain performance metrics, dashboards, and KPIs to monitor IT operational effectiveness and improvement outcomes.

+ Evaluating current State processes and optimizing processes

+ Specifying software system requirements to design improved solutions

+ Own and manage process documentation, training materials, and knowledge base articles.

+ Influence a culture of operational excellence across the organization, aligning with strategic business goals.

Required Skills:

+ 5–8 years of experience in IT operations, service management, or process improvement.

+ Proven expertise in ITIL framework (v3 or 4); ITIL Foundation certification required.

+ Strong background in process design, mapping, and workflow optimization.

+ Familiarity with ITSM platforms

+ Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other structured improvement methodologies.

+ Exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

+ Comfortable working in fast-paced, matrixed environments with shifting priorities.

Qualifications:

+ Bachelor Degree required

+ Excellent communication and leadership skills.

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

+ Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification preferred

+ Experience in enterprise-level IT environments (cloud, hybrid, global support).

+ Change management or project management certifications (e.g., PMP, Prosci).

+ Prior experience in highly regulated industries (e.g., healthcare, finance, government).

+ Ability to recognize the need to be hands-on and ready to roll up sleeves and dive deep when needed accordingly

+ Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to use good judgment to make recommendations and decisions.

+ Comfortably handles risk and uncertainty

+ Ability to adapt to rapidly changing priorities

+ Ability to comfortably navigate difficult conversations
