Join Our IT Team as a Desktop Support Technician!

Are you tech-savvy and love helping people? We’re looking for a Desktop Support Technician who’s ready to jump in and make a difference! You’ll be the go-to person for solving tech issues, setting up devices, and rolling out Windows 11 across the company.

What You’ll Do

+ Be the hero who fixes hardware, software, and network problems (Tier 1 & 2 support).

+ Lead or assist with our Windows 11 rollout—imaging, setup, testing, and deployment.

+ Troubleshoot Windows 11 issues like drivers and settings.

+ Set up and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and more.

+ Support Microsoft 365, VPNs, and remote access tools.

+ Keep track of support tickets and inventory.

+ Help new employees get started and support those leaving.

+ Provide in-person and remote support across departments.

+ Follow IT policies and security best practices.

What You Bring

+ 2+ years of IT support experience.

+ Hands-on with Windows 10 & 11.

+ Familiar with imaging tools like MDT or SCCM.

+ Know your way around Active Directory and basic networking.

+ Great communication and customer service skills.

+ Able to juggle tasks and work independently.

+ Certifications like CompTIA A+ or Microsoft are a plus!

Bonus Skills

+ Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk).

+ PowerShell scripting for automation.

+ Familiarity with enterprise IT environments and ITIL practices.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.50/hr.
