    Join Our Team as a Customer Experience Specialist I

As a Customer Experience Specialist I, you’ll be the voice that guides consumers through one of life’s most important decisions—their home loan journey.     What You'll Do:

    + Be a customer success advocate in our call center environment

    + Handle inbound and outbound calls, texts, and emails from customers with mortgage-related inquiries

    + Act as the main point of contact for up to 75 loans from origination to closing

    + Answer high-volume calls (30/day) with empathy and efficiency

    + Perform routine data entry, document validation, and basic research

    + Interact with multiple internal departments to help resolve customer issues smoothly

    + Follow clear policies and procedures while contributing to a collaborative team culture

    + Support business and service goals with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction

    • What We're Looking For:

    + At least 1 year of experience in Financial Services; mortgage background is a plus

    + A team player with strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently

    + Proven customer service experience in a phone-based or call center setting

    + Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and time management skills

    + Effective communicator—both written and spoken

    + Comfortable with computers and mainstream apps (Microsoft Office, Google Suite, etc.)

    + Assessment score above 50

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
