    Job Title: Front Office Treatment Coordinator

    Schedule:

    + Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

    + Friday: 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a Treatment Coordinator to join our client's front office team at their School of Dentistry. This role is essential in supporting patient intake, scheduling, insurance verification, and billing processes in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Answer phone calls and manage appointment scheduling (new, reschedule, cancellations)

    + Perform chart audits and generate patient recall lists

    + Provide coverage at the lobby desk for patient check-in and card payments

    + Generate student reports (e.g., Procedure-In-Progress)

    + Process patient inactivation requests

    + Understand and manage aging reports

    + Support dental billing as needed

    Required Skills & Experience:

    + Front Office Experience in medical or dental settings (2+ years required)

    + Insurance Knowledge: HMO, PPO, Medicare, Medicaid, Dental Care

    + Healthcare Experience including scheduling and patient registration

    + Cashiering & Data Entry: Accurate and professional handling of patient intake and payments

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + English/Spanish Bilingual

    + High School Diploma required

    + Dental Assistant certification preferred but not required

    + Customer service and healthcare reimbursement experience a plus

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
