• Energy Consulting Intern (Summer 2026)

    Description

    This position has a target start date in summer 2026.

    This position will give you the opportunity to:

    + Collaborate with members of the Consulting Business Group and expand your academic background in Engineering.

    + Assist in the preparation of Consulting proposals, marketing materials, technical presentations, and white papers.

    + Support project teams with due diligence of power generation projects, power system planning projects, and feasibility studies.

    + Track and evaluate project activities and progress, and associated data.

    + Prepare technical reports and other Consulting deliverables, including conceptual designs and specifications.

    + Provide technical support to clients.

    Qualifications

    Education/Experience Requirements:

    + Pursuing either a Master's or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering with at least six semesters or equivalent quarters completed at an accredited university.

    + Minimum overall GPA of at least 3.0.

    + Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.

    + Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

    Valued Knowledge/Skills:

    + Related internship or co-op experiences.

    + Experience and/or coursework in power systems, renewable energy, battery energy storage, or in the power industry.
