Key Responsibilities:

+ Supervise and support the Customer Experience team, including performance evaluations, attendance, and training.

+ Foster strong relationships with new and existing customers to drive retention and growth.

+ Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and customer satisfaction.

+ Provide training and mentorship to team members.

+ Review customer orders and quotes daily for accuracy and completeness.

+ Assist with complex customer interactions and escalations.

+ Monitor and support the order entry process to ensure smooth operations.

+ Maintain a clean, professional, and organized work environment.

+ Actively participate in company-wide quality, efficiency, and cost-saving initiatives.

+ Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

+ 2–5 years of supervisory experience in a customer service environment.

+ Proficiency with SAP.

+ Excellent phone communication skills.

+ Strong mechanical aptitude.

+ Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

+ Proven leadership capabilities.

+ Strong comprehension and memory retention skills.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $31.00 - $38.00/hr.
