Job Purpose & Scope

Responsible for ensuring new and revised deposit accounts adhere to bank policy and regulatory requirements.

Essential Job Functions

+ Processes and verifies new and revised deposit accounts, according to bank policy, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

+ Identifies and documents exceptions to bank policy, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

+ Processes departmental reports.

+ Evaluates processing issues for resolution and/or escalation.

+ Preforms all other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

+ Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures

+ Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service skills

+ Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing

+ Ability to work under general supervision

+ Ability to work effectively with repeated interruptions and frequent changes

+ Ability to work extended hours if necessary

+ Skill in using computer and Microsoft Office products, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Basic Qualifications

+ High School diploma or equivalent required.

+ Minimum of one (1) year of experience using computers, required.
