• Operations Support Specialist III

    First Division Consulting (Edgewood, MD)


    FirstDiv is seeking an experienced Operations Support Specialist III to provide analytical and operational expertise for tactical systems supporting JPM CBRN Sensors. This position is ideal for former military personnel with experience in instruction, testing, and field integration.

    The contractor shall perform the following task(s):

    + Conduct analysis of operational data and support system fielding and testing.

    + Assist with development of system SOPs, training materials, and deployment documentation.

    + Provide user feedback and recommendations for system improvements and field integration.

    + Identify and assess new/emerging technologies for operational applicability.

    + Participate in technical IPTs and program management reviews.

    Requirements

    + Former U.S. Army or Marine Corps Infantry, Artillery, Cavalry, Combat Engineer, or SOF officer/NCO.

    + 2–5 years of experience as an operations analyst or military instructor.

    + Understanding of military training cycles, fielding, and user acceptance processes.

    + Experience developing documentation and supporting new system integration.

    + Clearance Required: Secret

    Physical Requirements:

    + While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone, and keyboard.

    + Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work.

    + Light to moderate lifting may be required.

    + Regular, predictable attendance is required; including quarter-driven hours as business demands dictate.
