    **Job Title:** -- Service Coordinator/Dispatcher - HVAC

    **Job Summary:** -Responsible for receiving and scheduling service requests from customers, managing technicians' work assignments, and administrative support of the service department. This position is NOT remote. It is located in the South Windsor, CT office.

    **Essential Duties and Responsibilities:** --

     

    Organize and manage technicians daily work assignments

     

    Maintain and schedule monthly maintenance agreement inspections

    Receive, schedule and dispatch customer service calls

    Maintain accurate customer, site and call history information within computer system. Add and change customer site information as needed.

     

    Receive, scrutinize and properly code daily service reports from technicians

    Reviewing Time & Attendance - Ensure accuracy of coding from Service Operations

    **Qualifications:** --The successful candidate will have prior customer service and administration experience, be a team player, have the ability to multi-task, work well under pressure, have excellent organizational skills and strong computer skills.
