    Crouse’s Information Technology team is hiring a Systems Programmer - Telecommunications who is responsible for installation, security and support of sub-system hardware and software on telecom platforms with an emphasis on communications components

     

    Schedule: 8:00am-4:30pm, Monday - Friday

    Systems Programmer - Telecommunications Responsibilities:

    + Responsible for the installation and support of new sub-system telecom related hardware, software and configurations

    + Maintain and support of existing sub-system telecom related hardware, software and configurations

    + Perform system problem resolution as necessary to maintain system availability and reliability

    + Perform analysis functions related to the efficiency of the open system hardware and software environment used at Crouse Hospital. Research, track and make necessary changes for system improvements.

    + Supports Crouse Hospital’s Pager Program including; pager distribution, service requests, ordering, documentation and provides monthly billing reports

    Systems Programmer - Telecommunications Requirements:

    + Bachelor's degree in related discipline or Associates degree in a related discipline with acceptable equivalent combination of training and experience.

    + Minimum three years telecommunications related experience
