Dow’s Supply Chain Intern Program is offering full-time internship opportunities for Summer 2026. These roles are open to individuals currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in one of the following areas:
+ Logistics / Transportation
+ Supply Chain Management
+ Engineering (Operational/Industrial, Applied, Mechanical, Packaging, Chemical, or other related disciplines)
+ Business Administration with a relevant concentration and a strong interest in a career within the Supply Chain function
This program is designed for individuals eager to build a career within the Supply Chain function of a large global company. Interns will be based at Dow’s Corporate Headquarters in Midland, Michigan, which serves as the home base for the program.
Internship Project Areas May Include:
+ Assessing and/or modeling material and information flows across the supply chain at tactical and/or strategic levels
+ Identifying and evaluating trade-offs involving inventory levels, conversion costs, logistics costs, asset utilization, productivity, and customer service
+ Designing, optimizing, and leveraging supply chain infrastructure
+ Supporting strategy development related to technology implementation, capital investment, postponement, and sourcing options
+ Identifying best practices and process improvements (e.g., systems, tools, hardware)
+ Assisting in the leadership and integration of complex, cross-functional, multi-area projects
+ Developing innovative solutions, methodologies, and service offerings to meet current and future business needs
Qualifications
+ Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics/Transportation, Supply Chain Management, Engineering (operational/industrial, applied, mechanical, packaging, chemical or other related engineering discipline), or Business Administration with a related concentration and interest in a career within the Supply Chain function.
+ GPAs of 3.000 or higher are preferred
+ A minimum requirement for the U.S. based position is the ability to work legally in the United States. No visa sponsorship/support is available for this position, including for any type of U.S. permanent residency (green card) process.
