This position is with our Adhesive Technologies business unit – where we empower our people to transform industries and provide our customers with a competitive advantage through adhesives, sealants and functional coatings.

What you´ll do
+ This position is responsible for supporting product development projects, including making samples, testing, and scale-up of electronic adhesive materials in one or more technologies. Products must be developed in a timely manner that will permit their evaluation, qualification, and implementation by Henkel customers.
+ Develops tests and reports on formulations.
+ Executes lab testing and generates test data and documentation.
+ Support Albert digitalization by adopting, driving and leveraging digital transformation.
+ Ensures SHE and compliance • Communicates with various internal functions.
What makes you a good fit
+ Bachelors degree (or equivalent experience) required in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or other relevant discipline.
+ Experience in the Design of Experiment (DoE), analysis and application of chemical, physical and mechanical data to problem solving and product development.
+ Technical writing and presentation skills.
+ Excellent interpersonal skills. Candidate to be able to work as a team member and also independently on multi-task assignments.

The salary for this role is $68,000.00 - $80,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
