Monday-Friday 7:30AM-3:30PM

Responsibilities

+ This position is responsible for administrative work and inventory control. EXCEL SPREADSHEET EXPERIENCE PREFERRED!

+ Conducts month-end inventory in accordance with company policy.

+ Track and analyze inventory maintenance.

+ Take regular inventory counts, research variances, and develop variance reports.

+ Review and track all purchase orders and expenses within plant operations.

+ Maintain all records and verify invoices.

+ Responsible for ordering inventory and non-inventory supplies.

+ Provide general administrative and clerical support to the manufacturing function.

+ Prepare reports, documentation, or other information as necessary or requested.

+ Collaborate with support departments to ensure documentation is completed properly.

+ Verify shipping/receiving documents and input in inventory system.

+ Enters and tracks all manufacturing KPI and SCRAP in Oracle (inventory) system for month end reporting.

Qualifications

+ High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

+ Relevant experience in an administrative role.

+ Strong organizational, administrative and interpersonal skills.

+ Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

+ Experience and working knowledge of inventory procedures, inventory control and reconciliation.

+ Ability to perform mathematic calculations.

+ Knowledge of general accounting principles.

+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

+ Experience with Cloud applications and platforms, Oracle preferred.

+ Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently to achieve goals with minimum supervision.

+ Some travel may be required based on business needs (events, meetings, training).

+ Ability to work flexible hours and occasional weekends (depending on location).
