• Organizational Change Management Consultant

    Capgemini (Bridgewater, NJ)


    - Design and implement structured change journeys using frameworks like ADKAR and Prosci to guide employees from awareness to adoption.

     

    - Conduct stakeholder mapping, develop influence strategies, and provide executive coaching to ensure alignment and sponsorship.

     

    - Create targeted, multi-channel communication and learning plans that are inclusive, measurable, and tailored to diverse audiences.

     

    - Leverage generative AI and predictive analytics to optimize communications, forecast adoption risks, and personalize learning experiences.

     

    - Use Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) to deliver behavior-triggered, data-driven communications that support change initiatives.

     

    - Operate in iterative cycles, adjusting strategies based on feedback, business priorities, and resource constraints.

     

    - Deliver modular, scalable change interventions that can be rapidly deployed across programs and business units.

    Required:

    - 5+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management, preferably in digital workplace or IT transformation environments.

     

    - Proven expertise in change frameworks (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR).

     

    - Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

     

    - Experience with digital tools such as Microsoft 365, Zoom, Windows 10/11, and ServiceNow, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud

    Preferred:

    - Experience with AI tools and analytics in change management contexts.

     

    - Background in Experience Design or Human-Centered Design.

     

    - Knowledge of agile methodologies and digital storytelling techniques.
