    Compensation:

    The wage range listed represents the potential compensation opportunities for this position. Starting salary will be thoughtfully determined by the hiring manager based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, education, relevant skills, and qualifications brought to the role. The initial offer could be any amount within the posted range, reflecting Epsilon's commitment to fair and competitive compensation.

    Where you’ll work:

    You will be working onsite at the customer’s location in Washington, DC.

    An average day:

    As IT Enterprise Support Specialist III, you will represent the highest level of technical expertise, providing visionary leadership for enterprise architecture, advanced system development, and organizational technology strategy. This role drives innovation, establishes technical standards, and leads the most complex and strategic technology initiatives. In this position you will:

     

    + Establish enterprise-wide architectural vision and strategic technology roadmaps that align with long-term organizational objectives and industry transformation trends

    + Lead the most complex and high-visibility technology initiatives including enterprise-wide system transformations, major cloud migrations, and strategic modernization programs

    + Develop comprehensive governance frameworks, security architectures, and enterprise standards that ensure organizational compliance and operational excellence

    + Architect next-generation solutions leveraging emerging technologies including artificial intelligence, machine learning, and advanced analytics platforms

    + Provide executive-level technical leadership coordinating multiple program offices, external partners, and stakeholder organizations for large-scale implementations

    + Design and implement advanced security frameworks including zero-trust architectures, advanced threat protection, and comprehensive risk management strategies

    + Establish center-of-excellence practices for software development, DevSecOps implementation, and enterprise architecture governance across the organization

    + Lead strategic technology assessments, conduct architectural trade-off analyses, and provide recommendations for major technology investments and partnerships

    + Drive innovation initiatives including proof-of-concept development, technology evaluation programs, and strategic partnerships with technology vendors

    + Serve as principal technical advisor to senior leadership providing strategic guidance on technology decisions, risk assessments, and organizational capability development

    Basic Qualifications:

    + As a requirement of this position, all candidates must be a U.S. Citizen. In accordance with 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(2)(C) , Epsilon will not consider candidates for this position who do not meet the aforementioned conditions.

    + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, Technology, or other IT degree, engineering, math, and/or science. For positions that require a Bachelor's degree, a High School Diploma or equivalent plus a minimum of four (4) additional years of relevant experience may be substituted

    + Eight (8) years of relevant experience with demonstrated expertise in enterprise architecture leadership and strategic technology implementation

    + Information Technology certification required (enterprise architecture, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, or related domains preferred) (may be obtained within one year of employment)

    + Recognized expertise in enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman), advanced system design, and strategic technology planning

    + Extensive experience leading cloud-first architectures, hybrid infrastructure strategies, and enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives

    + Deep knowledge of federal cybersecurity requirements, compliance frameworks, and advanced security architecture implementation

    + Expert proficiency with cutting-edge technologies including AI/ML platforms, advanced analytics, and emerging technology integration

    + Advanced understanding of enterprise governance, risk management, and strategic technology investment evaluation

    + Exceptional leadership skills with proven ability to influence C-level executives, manage large technical organizations, and drive strategic technology adoption

    + Demonstrated track record of delivering transformational technology solutions with measurable business impact and organizational value creation

    Other Requirements:

    + Must be able to pass federal background investigation and obtain a Public Trust. ( _This is a federal contract position and requires candidates to obtain and maintain the appropriate level of Security Clearance or Public Trust. Adjudication of the required Security Clearance or Public Trust is determined solely by the government. If the government determines that the candidate cannot obtain and/or maintain the appropriate level of Security Clearance or Public Trust, Epsilon will be unable to place the candidate in this position.)_
