• Assistant Director of Supply Chain Services
_Reporting to the Sr. Director, Corporate Supply Chain_
**Department:** Supply Chain Services
About the Role
Are you a supply chain pro who thrives on logistics, leadership, and leveling up operations? We're looking for an **Assistant Director of Supply Chain Services** to help drive the daily flow of supplies, services, and solutions across all our campuses.
In this role, you won’t just be pushing paper—you’ll be building connections, streamlining processes, and making sure everything from surgical gloves to strategic sourcing hits the mark. You’ll partner closely with clinical and operational teams, bring big-picture thinking to everyday challenges, and help shape the future of how we deliver care—through supply chain excellence.
What You'll Be Doing
+ Lead the day-to-day operations of supply chain functions across multiple hospital campuses.
+ Partner with key departments to align supply chain services with hospital goals and patient care.
+ Create and roll out policies that actually work—not just ones that sit in a binder.
+ Constantly evaluate how we’re doing and find smart ways to do it better.
+ Keep sourcing and procurement on track with our strategic goals.
+ Help recommend resources and even help choose external partners when needed.
+ Be a champion of service excellence—set the tone and help others follow your lead.
What You Bring to the Table
+ A **Bachelor’s degree** in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
+ At least **3 years of leadership experience** , preferably in supply chain operations.
+ A natural collaborator—someone who builds strong relationships with everyone from doctors to delivery drivers.
+ Sharp attention to detail, with the ability to turn complex data into actionable plans.
+ A confident communicator with a strong sense of professionalism and presence.
+ A calm, creative problem-solver who thrives on helping teams get unstuck.
Why You’ll Love It Here
+ You'll make a direct impact on patient care by keeping critical supplies flowing smoothly.
+ You’ll work with a dynamic team that values innovation, efficiency, and a bit of fun.
+ Every day brings a new challenge—and a new opportunity to lead with purpose.
Ready to lead supply chain strategy with heart and hustle? We’d love to meet you.
