    We are looking for a Sr. Billing Representative to join our team!

    Summary:

    Establish and maintain service relationship with assigned high-priority agents to facilitate successful and timely premium collection of receivables. Advise, verify and approve work items of team members as a Subject Matter Expert.

     

    A typical day will include the following:

    + Support team and report daily operations to Supervisor

    + Relationships with High Priority Agents

    + Manage Service Escalations

    + Conduct Assessments

    + Mentor and Train Team

    + Collect receivables to Prevent Past Due Status

    Qualifications:

    + High School Diploma

    + Min 3 years of Accounts Receivable experience

    + Customer Service experience

    + Intermediate excel skills

    + Strong written and verbal communication skills
