    Job Summary

    The Associate Care Center Manager will be the initial point of contact for our route drivers. This individual will schedule day-to-day route activities and stops for all drivers in the branch, intakes, coordinating driver requests and communicating with staff members to complete solutions. This position will assist drivers with requests and tasks such as vehicle issues, truck inventories, and communication between staff members. Our care center will assist management staff with driver responsibility and accountability.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    + Schedule all stops for service

    + Order fresh food and assist with POG updates based on spoilage and waste adjustments

    + Greet drivers that stops at the desk and cultivate relationships

    + Verify drivers are completing and returning daily reports, and recording vital information

    + Update drivers with status updates regarding their service tickets for routes and their trucks

    + Ensure drivers are completing inventories and returning totes and other items to their designated areas

    + Advise drivers of new installations, removals, and other important information

    + Ensure the trucks are clean and that the drivers have the vital cleaning supplies on the truck

    Qualifications :

    + Strong internal and external communication

    + Computer proficiency

    + Ability to work in a team-orientated environment

    + Conflict resolution skills

    + Excellent organizational skills
