Description

The Enterprise Clinic Float LPN will work in all clinic areas across the enterprise to cover clinical support staff call-ins and PTO, in addition to working with providers who pick up and need additional support. The LPN has contact with patients, patient families and visitors, hospital employees, referral agencies, volunteers, administration, and physicians. Effective interpersonal and communication skills are essential for this position.

Shifts

Casual with requirement to work a minimum of one shift every month.

Compensation

Hourly Wage Range: $23.10 - $31.06. Please note that final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications and internal equity considerations.

Qualifications

This position requires current licensure in Minnesota as an LPN. This position also requires Healthcare Provider level CPR certification within six months of hire.
