The role you'll contribute:

The Sports Performance Coach provides sports performance programming and services that meets the needs of our sports performance members, corporate partners, sports partners, and community. Utilizes process improvement in achieving the goals of the Sports Med & Rehab Department and AdventHealth Training Center. Adheres to the Corporate Compliance Plan and to all rules and regulations of all applicable local, state and federal agencies, and accrediting bodies. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.

The value you'll bring to the team:

+ Coordinates sports performance programming including referral proceedings, scheduling, program planning and exercise supervision to achieve the goals of SportsMed & Rehab, the client and Physician.

+ Provides appropriate documentation of all proceedings to ensure program quality and meet hospital and department standards. Also records additional pertinent information in notes and other appropriate forms at time of occurrence.

+ Performs and interprets the results of the physiological assessment accurately. Designs appropriate exercise prescription.

+ Utilizes communication skills appropriate to the population served.

Qualifications

The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed** **:

+ Bachelor's Required

+ Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) Required
