    Sodexo is #NowHiring our Environmental Services - Custodial Operations Manager for The University of Mississippi in Oxford. Our successful candidate will have reliable transportation, be fully aware of local, state, and federal safety laws lead our team with Sodexo cleaning best practices to include 7 steps to clean.     What You'll Do

    + Ability to Ideal candidate will be strategic to stay ahead of client needs

    + Experience leading and managing a team and is a leader who develops and motivates a team to exceed the expectations of clients and customers in service and the technical execution of a healthcare housekeeping system

    + Experience effectively managing projects within agreed upon timelines

    + In-depth knowledge of housekeeping systems and procedures

    + A results and safety driven approach to work

    + Strong leadership skills and ability to work independently to drive program compliance and reach project target dates of completion

    + Ability to analyze data, present and effectively communicate to all levels within the organization related to training, leading customer committees and change management
