    Role Overview

     

    Sodexo is seeking a **Catering Manager 3** at **Arkansas State University,** located in **Jonesboro, AR** . Our Catering Manager will oversee all catering operations on campus. The Catering Manager will oversee an innovative, high end catering program as well as oversee the day to day catering scheduling and technical delivery of all campus catering. We are seeking an energetic **LEADER** who can manage our high volume and high profile campus catering department - with services which include simple wholesome presentations to very high end productions - all with the focus on each event culminating with ultimate client satisfaction!

    What You'll Do

    + identify customer needs and expectations

    + ensure that Sodexo and customer goals are aligned and met

    + educate and develop rapport with clients and promote partnerships

    + promote a customer/client centered culture that strives to exceed customer and client needs

    + coordinate all unit catering initiatives to drive sales growth and track results

    + maintain and improve service level resulting in increased customer satisfaction

    + ensure all HAACP standards are followed

    + demonstrate resourcefulness and quick responsiveness to client and customer requests

    Qualifications & Requirements

     

    MinimumEducation Requirement - Associate's Degreeor equivalent experience

     

    MinimumManagement Experience - 2 years

     

    MinimumFunctional Experience – 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
