The role you'll contribute:

This positions assumes an individual has some cook/baker experience. Individual maintains the responsibility for the cooking and/or baking of all hot foods including entrees, vegetables, starches and desserts for the department including patient tray line and cafeteria. This task should be done in such a manner to ensure the highest quality of product, efficient utilization of time and cost containment.

Follows safety and sanitation rules and regulations

Cooperates with staff of other departments in performing job duties

Demonstrates knowledge of fire safety procedures

Assures that all foods are cooked to the state of being done and holds foods in safe zones

Cooks and bakes all hot foods for patient tray line and/or cafeteria server.

Qualifications

The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:

+ Minimum of one (1) year cook/baker experience
