Senior Director, Digital Strategy & Activation Lead, NUBEQA
The Senior Director, Digital Strategy & Activation Lead, NUBEQA serves as a dedicated member of the NUBEQA Product Squad where they lead the development and execution of digital strategies that engage and activate patients, HCPs and other prioritized stakeholders. The Digital Strategy & Activation Lead will manage development, coordination and monitoring of integrated digital strategies and tactical plans, including media strategies and plans, in support of achieving long, mid, and short-term outcomes for the Product Squad.
This role reports to the VP, Digital Strategy & Product Operations, and partners closely with fellow members of the NUBEQA Product Squad, as well as Media Activation, Content & Campaign Activation, Creative Services, Digital Analytics and other cross-functional teams to leverage internal and external digital capabilities to deliver the highest levels of quality and customer impact in the activation of data-driven digital plans.
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The primary responsibilities of this role, Sr Director, Digital Strategy & Activation Lead, NUBEQA Product Squad, are to:
+ Engage as a leader within the cross-functional NUBEQA Product Squad, co-creating long, mid, and short-term outcomes and the associated strategies to achieve them;
+ Lead definition of digital strategies and activation plans for NUBEQA to deliver the most relevant and impactful customer and patient experience;
+ Architect and catalyze Digital Strategy & Product Operations resources and capabilities to deliver maximum value for the NUBEQA Product Squad;
+ Own media strategy and planning for NUBEQA, maximizing the impact of media investments by taking a data-driven approach, leveraging the in-house Media Activation capabilities, ensuring alignment between digital and linear media, and managing external strategic partnerships;
+ Assesses external digital opportunities and threats as key inputs to making the best decisions on business strategy given digital realities;
+ Oversee the day-to-day activation of digital strategies for NUBEQA, including all budget related, project management oversight, and other issues. Assess challenges and opportunities and/or organizational dynamics and proactively take appropriate actions to resolve problems and ensure objectives are achieved;
+ Evaluate and recommend new optimization methods to improve campaign performance and customer experience;
+ Drive innovative and efficient solutions for NUBEQA through partnerships with key media, technology, and data partners (e.g., Google, Veeva, Meta, Doximity, etc.);
+ Act as a champion and change agent in leading the organizational changes required to create and sustain digital capabilities;
+ Foster a data-driven culture to continually analyze ROI and refine digital strategies to increase customer engagement.
WHO YOU ARE
Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following:
Required Qualifications:
+ B.A./B.S. required;
+ Skilled in translating brand strategies into actionable digital marketing strategies across channels and audiences;
+ Demonstrated expertise in omnichannel/multichannel customer engagement strategies with measurable results;
+ Deep understanding of digital media channels and partners;
+ In-depth experience with integrated marketing and communications programs including strategic development, creative development, analysis and implementation, and budget management;
+ Solid expertise with online marketing tools and web-based technologies;
+ In-depth knowledge of how digital channels work;
+ Strong analytical skills;
+ Highly collaborative and accustomed to working in an environment with a high degree of accountability;
Preferred Qualifications:
+ M.B.A. preferred;
+ Pharma industry experience preferred;
+ Generally, qualified candidates will have more than 10 years of Marketing experience with 8 years of digital specific experience.
Employees can expect to be paid a salary between $209,480 to $314,220. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). Additional benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc. This salary range is merely an estimate and may vary based on an applicant’s location, market data/ranges, an applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors.
