Overview Position Details:

Full Time- 40 hours per week

Monday - Friday 3:00pm - 11:30pm

On-call 1 week per month

Must have a valid Driver’s License

The Evening Maintenance position will primarily perform janitorial tasks.

Essential Job Functions

+ Sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning restrooms, offices, and common areas.

+ Shampoos the dining room

+ Garbage collection

+ Basic maintenance repairs and trouble-shooting

+ Security rounds

+ Strip and wax floors; operate floor cleaning equipment.

+ On Call 1 week per month

+ Plowing, shoveling snow

+ Will follow all personnel policies and be an active team player, relating well to both genders and especially to the elderly and disabled. Common courtesy is always expected.
