Summary

We are seeking an accomplished and highly motivated **Project Manager** with extensive experience in Residential Protective Service Operations (PSD) to oversee operations across the DMV region. This role is essential in leading the training and management of the security team, ensuring the successful execution of project requirements, and enhancing the overall efficiency and effectiveness of security operations.

_This position is contingent upon contract award_

Responsibilities

+ Will lead and oversee all project training, planning, scheduling and execution, in support of all on site security operations.

+ Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.

+ Develop and maintain project documentation, including timelines, budgets, and progress reports.

+ Identify and mitigate project security risks, ensuring timely resolution of issues.

+ Foster strong relationships with on-site U.S. Marshal Service stakeholders and ensure clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.

+ Oversee all Guard Force shift supervisors and the guard force to ensure all training and operations are executed in accordance with all established protocols.

+ Drive continuous improvement and innovation in the overall project and security operations processes.

+ Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

+ Must be a Citizen of the U.S.

+ A High School diploma is required. An Associate’s Degree with a focus in Security Management, Project Management, or a related field is preferred.

+ Possessing a valid registration with a firearms endorsement is preferred.

+ Possess a minimum of three (3) years of prior military service experience, or least one (1) year of sworn law enforcement or armed contract security experience specifically in the management of security or guard force operations is preferred.

+ A minimum of three (3) years proven experience in overseeing and managing security programs, project management, ideally within government or publishing sectors.

+ Possess Strong leadership and team management skills.

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

+ Successfully pass all physical fitness requirements.

+ Possess a valid, unrestricted (except eyeglasses wear) state driver’s license.

+ Successfully pass all background investigation requirements.

_Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:_

+ Knowledge in security, project management, business rules, and residential security operations.

+ Knowledge of wire and hand-held radio communication protocols.

+ Ability to assess information, interpret and apply rules, and communicate clearly.

+ Ability to learn and adapt to new situations.

+ Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

+ Possess the ability to be courteous, diplomatic, and maintains composure when assertiveness is needed.
