UnityPoint Health Finley Hospital is seeking a skilled and motivated **Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)** to join our growing **Urology Clinic** team. You’ll work alongside dedicated providers and support staff to provide personalized, patient-centered care in a dynamic outpatient setting.

Responsibilities

+ Room patients, obtain vital signs, and document medical histories

+ Assist with urologic procedures (e.g., catheterizations, bladder scans, cystoscopies)

+ Administer medications and injections as ordered

+ Provide patient education on treatment plans and follow-up care

+ Support providers with clinical tasks and charting

+ Ensure compliance with infection control and safety standards

+ Coordinate patient flow and contribute to a positive clinic environment

Qualifications

+ **RN** : Current RN license in Iowa; BLS certification

+ **LPN** : Current LPN license in Iowa; BLS certification

+ **CMA** : Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program; CMA certification preferred; BLS certification required

+ Urology or outpatient specialty experience is a plus but not required

+ Strong communication, multitasking, and teamwork skills
