    Responsible for supervising the strategic sourcing team, interacting with clients and vendors, evaluating and developing procurement strategies to maximize efficiency and minimize cost, and negotiating supplier contracts.

    Principal Accountabilities:

    1. Proactively collaborates with business partners and stakeholders to lead contract negotiation with suppliers; develops negotiation approaches, fallback positions and acceptable terms and conditions through contract completion and identify key benchmarks to measure contractual arrangements.

    2. Development of financial analytics to support commercial term negotiations with performance dashboards and ROI based evaluation tools.

    3. Responsible for identification and realization of cost-saving and cost-reduction opportunities and build a culture of long-term savings on procurement costs without compromising supply assurance or quality.

    4. Serves as a hands-on leader that understands and performs the daily tactical and strategic functions as necessary.

    5. Supports internal and external audit, SOX compliance and due diligence requests as necessary.

    6. Responsible for driving continuous improvement in sourcing optimization and procurement transformation.

    7. Continually explores new technologies to optimize performance, efficiency, and transparency to stakeholders.

    8. Reviews existing contracts and understand business requirements; formulate guidelines and design standard vendor contract protocols.

    9. Executes on vendor life-cycle strategy to oversee planning, sourcing and selection of new vendors, manage data for vendor performance and manage vendor off-boarding and transition.

    10. Responsible for establishing and maintaining effective partnerships with key stakeholders aimed at identifying, understanding and fulfilling their requirements.

    11. Performs other related duties as assigned.

    Preferred

    1. Master's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Accounting or related field.

    2. CPM/CPIM/APICS or similar certification required.

    Required

    1. Requires a minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible sourcing/vendor management experience with a minimum of 5 years management experience.

    2. Demonstrated ability and track record managing, designing and implementing executive level staffing solutions.
