Opportunity
The Luxury Wellness Concierge is a high-performance sales role with a that provides a concierge-style sales experience. The role is responsible for guiding affluent clients through a personalized purchase journey of KLAFS luxury saunas and wellness products—from first contact through product selection, delivery, installation, and aftercare.
Specific Responsibilities:
• Extending beyond solely selling a product, this role is about building trust, managing complex transactions, and orchestrating an exceptional client experience across the full sales lifecycle.
• Reporting to the Associate Director of Business Development – Wellness, this role carries revenue responsibility and requires exceptional consultative selling skills paired with deep understanding of premium clientele expectations.
•Achieve or surpass personal revenue targets while ensuring client satisfaction remains uncompromisingly high.
• Serve as the single point of contact for a curated portfolio of clients, stewarding their journey from first interest to delighted ownership.
• Create bespoke product recommendations that align with each client’s personal aspirations for wellness, relaxation, and home sanctuary design.
• Respond to all inquiries with immediacy, grace, and an unwavering commitment to anticipate and exceed client expectations.
• Proactively orchestrate every step of the purchase, delivery, installation, and post-install support process with precision and care.
• Maintain immaculate client profiles in CRM systems, recording personal preferences, key milestones, and opportunities for meaningful touches.
• Coordinate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure flawless, white-glove execution of every order and installation.
• Surprise and delight clients with personalized gestures — from handwritten notes to curated wellness tips — that deepen emotional loyalty.
• Embody and uphold the Kohler Wellness and KLAFS brands at all client-facing engagements, whether virtually, in showrooms, or at invitation-only events.
Skills/Requirements
• 3+ years in a sales-focused role with full ownership of the sales cycle; luxury or design-driven product category preferred.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue goals in a consultative or relationship-based sales environment.
• Background in luxury hospitality, wellness, or high-end home product sales a plus—but not a substitute for core sales competency.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills with executive presence
• Deep customer empathy, high emotional intelligence, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
• Highly organized and proactive, with experience using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and sales tech stacks (Outlook, Excel, SAP, etc.).
• Availability to support clients across time zones and adjust hours based on high-value engagements.
• Passion for wellness, lifestyle design, and high-end residential experiences is a plus.
• Less than 10% travel required.

This means you’ll have access to your applicable benefit programs from your first day on the job, with no waiting period. The salary range for this position is $69,800 - $87,950. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k._
