Job Title: Tool Crib Attendant

**Department:** Inventory / Warehouse

**Location:** Sarasota 34243 and Bradenton 34203

**Job Type:** Part Time

**Hours** : Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, 9am to 2pm EST, 15hr minimum, but will need someone flexible as the days and/or times could fluctuate.

**Pay Rate** : $18-22

Job Summary:

The Tool Crib Attendant is responsible for managing the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods within the stockroom. This role ensures that inventory is accurately maintained, organized, and readily available to support operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments.

+ Unpack, label, and store materials and products in appropriate locations.

+ Maintain accurate records of stock movements using inventory management systems.

+ Perform regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.

+ Pick and prepare items for internal or external orders.

+ Keep the stock room clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.

+ Assist with cycle counts and annual physical inventory audits.

+ Report damaged, missing, or defective goods to the supervisor.

+ Follow all company policies and procedures regarding inventory control and handling.

Requirements:

+ High school diploma or equivalent.

+ Prior experience in a warehouse, stockroom, or inventory control role preferred.

+ Basic computer skills; experience with inventory software a plus.

+ Ability to lift and move objects up to [insert weight, e.g., 50 lbs].

+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

+ Good communication and teamwork abilities.

+ Ability to work standing for extended periods.

Work Environment:

+ May require work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.

+ Requires use of standard warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks).
