**Job Title:** Warehouse Lead

**Location:** Clearwater, FL 33760

**Pay:** $50,000 - $55,000 per year

Schedule:

+ Monday - Friday

+ 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Lead to join our team in Clearwater. The Warehouse Lead will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, leading a team of 10-15 employees, and ensuring efficient workflow and productivity. This role reports directly to the Production/Warehouse Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Supervise and lead a team of warehouse staff, ensuring efficient operations and adherence to safety standards.

+ Coordinate daily activities and workflow within the warehouse to meet production goals.

+ Train and mentor new employees on warehouse procedures and best practices.

+ Monitor inventory levels and assist with order fulfillment and shipping procedures.

+ Ensure a clean and organized warehouse environment.

+ Collaborate with the Production/Warehouse Manager to implement process improvements.

Qualifications:

+ Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is required, with a leadership role preferred.

+ Strong organizational and time management skills.

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

+ Ability to work effectively as part of a team and lead by example.

+ Familiarity with inventory management systems and warehouse operations.
