    Lead with impact as you manage the execution of key Quality Engineering objectives in a dynamic, high-performance environment. In this role, you’ll guide a team of Quality Engineering professionals and/or supervisors supporting technical and business functions. You'll set day-to-day priorities focused on the development, improvement, and application of quality systems and protocols that ensure compliance, drive efficiency, and enhance product integrity. This is a critical leadership opportunity to shape quality practices that support operational excellence and continuous improvement.

    What You Will Do

    + Supervises implementation of solutions to nonconformities and quality issues raised by customers and suppliers.

    + Supervises the implementation and maintenance of test and inspection plans, methods, and technologies to assure the reliability and conformance of products and processes.

    + Supervises Escape management procedures, root cause analysis, and develops proposals for corrective action for design problems for internally produced products & processes.

    + Supervises procedures and metrics that support compliance with industry and regulatory standards.

    + Develops, modifies, applies and maintains quality evaluation, control systems and protocols.

    + Works with designs and specifications, devises testing plans, methods and equipment to assure reliability of product.

    + Collaborates internally to ensure quality standards are in effect.

    + Ensures that projects and process control documents are compliant with requirements, objectives and/or contracts.

    + Develops and implements proactive quality strategies.

    + Performs Escape management procedures, root cause analysis, and recommends corrective action(s).

    + Provides oversight for quality compliance audit processes to ensure smooth execution at all stages

    + Explains policies, government regulations, and agency guidelines to ensure compliance with external standards.

    + Reviews procedures and metrics that impact quality to ensure compliance with internal standards.

    Qualifications You Must Have

    + Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience **or** an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience

    + Demonstrated professional or educational experience communicating in English and Spanish (verbal and written).

    + U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract

    Qualifications We Prefer

    + Bachelor in Science, Engineering or Business Administration, preferred.

    + Experience working with non-conforming materials

    + Experience using SAP system

    + Inventory management experience
