Trauma Surgeon at Banner Thunderbird Medical Center - Glendale, AZ

Banner Medical Group (BMG) is expanding our presence in Glendale, AZ, and we're looking for a talented Trauma Surgeon to be part of our growth story!

The Division of Trauma and Acute Care Surgery at Banner Thunderbird Medical Center offers a dynamic environment where you'll provide comprehensive surgical care within our collaborative, multidisciplinary team. Our surgeons are dedicated to excellence in patient care, resident mentorship, and medical student education.

We're seeking a passionate surgeon who can:

+ Work effectively with diverse students, trainees, and colleagues

+ Participate in Acute Care and Trauma surgery call

+ Provide surgical trauma ICU coverage

+ Deliver backup call coverage as needed

+ Develop a full-time clinical practice

+ Educate residents and medical students

+ Participate in clinical research

Your qualifications should include:

+ Board Certification/Eligibility in General Surgery and Surgical Critical Care

+ Fellowship training in Surgical Critical Care, Acute Care Surgery & Trauma

+ Demonstrated clinical and didactic teaching ability

+ Experience working with diverse patient populations

+ ATLS Instructor qualifications and teaching background
