_Schedule:_ 2-2-3 Rotating (C-Type) | 12-hour shifts | Day Shift

_Pay:_ $19.00/hour + OT every other week

Join a **fast-paced manufacturing team** where precision, safety, and teamwork keep things moving! We’re looking for reliable and detail-driven individuals to operate our state-of-the-art **Wire Draw Machines and Plating Lines** to produce high-quality electrical products.

What You'll Do:

Run machines efficiently and perform quality checks using a tape measure

Complete machine changeovers and assist with troubleshooting

Operate a **forklift** and mobile welder as needed

Keep accurate shift production reports

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace

Follow all safety and quality standards

Work overtime every other week (more $$!)

What We’re Looking For:

Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred

Must have forklift experience (certification a plus!)

Able to read a tape measure and inspect product dimensions

Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and working a rotating 2-2-3 schedule

Safety-first attitude and team player mindset
