The Naval Airborne Systems (NAS) organization is looking to add an experienced Program Manager for their Advanced Airborne System under the Sustainment Team to manage efforts on both the Fleet Sustainment Team as well as the Basic Order Agreement (BOA) overarching NAS Infrastructure Team.

What You Will Do:
+ Risk and Opportunity (R&O) manager for the Fleet Sustainment Team
+ Interfacing with our major subcontractor for R&O input
+ Interfacing multiple customer SMEs and ensuring their questions are being addressed/answered
+ Lead Raytheon/USG monthly risk board
+ Fleet Engineering Change Proposal (ECP)/Notice of Escape (NOE)/Upgrade implementation coordinator with the Field Service Representatives (FSRs) and Product Support Team Manager (PST) for logistics support
+ Working with FSR Manager, Maintenance Manager, and FSR site leads to determined schedules for incorporating fleet wide changes
+ Work with PST logistics team to plan for shipments to support fleet changes
+ Brief customer weekly on status of critical fleet wide changes
+ BOA Cost Account Manager (CAM)
+ Support a Level of Effort (LOE) contract
+ Manage budget and performance to plan
What You Will Learn:
+ Raytheon and RTX Business Acumen
+ SBU & SSBU organizational structure, responsibilities amongst the programs and the functional areas, and deliverables
Qualifications You Must Have:
+ A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum of 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years’ experience
+ Prior Program/Project Management experience
+ Active and transferable U.S. government issued top secret security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Qualifications We Prefer:
+ Experience in applying Best Practices; preferably knowledge and experience with PM Best Practices
+ Ability to monitor, interact and course correct teams to support customer goals and requirements
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to customers and senior leadership
+ Raytheon Program Management Certification Level 5 or ability to obtain in 12 months in accordance with RP-248
+ Effective interpersonal skills especially in team building/maintenance and customer relationships.
+ Strong team building skills to create and inspire a matrix team to a common goal
+ Control Account Management
+ Technical knowledge of RADAR/EO-IR systems development or similar technologies
+ Raytheon Level 5 Program Management Certification or equivalent.
+ Understanding of the military operations community and logistics support structures
+ Proven experience in life cycle sustainment and logistics support
+ Strong working knowledge of business and project management tools and processes such as Earned Value Management System (EVMS), Estimate At Complete (EAC), financial forecasting, Risk and Opportunity Management or similar business processes

The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
