What you will do:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated BI Developer to support manufacturing operations in our aerospace production facilities. This role will focus on designing, building, and maintaining interactive dashboards and reporting tools that drive operational insights and decision-making across areas such as materials and WIP management, operational productivity, yield analysis, and cost reporting. The BI Developer will work closely with cross-functional teams—including manufacturing engineering, supply chain, and finance—to gather requirements, visualize KPIs, and deliver intuitive tools using PowerBI and related platforms. A strong onsite presence is required to ensure close collaboration with manufacturing teams and an in-depth understanding of shop floor operations.

This role requires travel depending on project location and stage, ranging from 20% up to 80%.

Qualifications you must have:

+ Bachelor’s degree in engineering, data analytics, finance, business or related field and 5 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or related field; or an advanced degree with 3 years of experience

+ U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

+ Experience using Microsoft PowerBI

Qualifications we prefer:

+ Experience integrating data from enterprise systems and databases such as SAP and SQL.

+ Familiarity with Ignition SCADA systems, Solumina G7 or other Manufacturing Execution Systems, and frontend development in ReactJS

+ Ability to tailor data solutions to operational needs

This role is:

**Onsite:** Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.

The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
