    The Digital Technology Digital Product Life Cycle (DPLC) and Advanced Technology organization is searching for a results-driven Systems Integration Lead to drive the connection of platforms and dataflows across the digital product lifecycle within a Common Semantic Data Layer. In this role, you will lead the integration strategy, manage cross-system connectivity, interoperability and enable access to data / data flows and services across a complex digital ecosystem. You will work closely with DPLC teams to deliver semantic integrations across data silos (e.g. PLM, ERP, MES) to realize DPLC operational environments.

    What YOU will do:

    + Define and execute the integration strategy for connecting enterprise platforms such as ERP, PLM, and MES.

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and operations, to develop integration strategies and resolve challenges.

    + Develops system models that define interfaces with end user environments and tools.

    + Define and govern semantic models / ontologies that support end to end use cases.

    + Develops system threads that evaluate and document step-by-step functional behaviors.

    + Evaluate and recommend integration methods, tools and best practices.

    + Performs functional analysis and trade studies.

    + Prepare and present technical reports and documentation to stakeholders.

    + Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to DPLC advancement.

    Qualifications You Must Have:

    + Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. RTX will not offer sponsorship for this position (US Citizen or Green Card Holder).

    + Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years of experience.

    + Demonstrated history of success in multiple positions of increasing scope and responsibility, with a significant duration of experience and expertise spanning qualifications of this role.

    + Strong business acumen and domain competencies in program management, project management, risk management, operations management, and finance.

    + Have experience partnering with a variety of customers, stakeholders, and teams to develop and deliver complex systems and services.

    + Deep understanding of model-based systems engineering and exposure to agile methodologies.

    + Understanding of APIs and data synchronization methods.

    + Understanding of modern semantic integration methods.

    + Familiarity with enterprise systems such as PLM, ERP, and MES.

    + Collaborate effectively to build teams. Build trust and demonstrate accountability to customers, stakeholders, and staff.

    + Communicate effectively and efficiently with a wide variety of stakeholders.

    + Ability to travel up to 25%.

    Qualifications we Prefer:

    + Active Secret clearance or the ability to obtain a clearance.

    + Are a voracious learner and disciplined problem solver who perseveres through technical and organizational challenges to deliver change and inspire teams to do the same.

    + Have experience managing programs or teams applying agile development practices.

    The salary range for this role is 147,000 USD - 295,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.

     

    RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
