Job Summary

The Billing Specialist position requires the individual to have strong communication skills to interact with customers by telephone and in writing. The ideal candidate should have computer skills in excel and word, good math skills, a strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, and the ability to multitask.

Essential Duties

+ Maintain necessary data in PeopleSoft to follow up and keep track of all deductions

+ Report on deductions created daily to Pricing Administrators and Supervisors

+ Communicate with Pricing Administrators and Sales to resolve deductions

+ Investigate deductions within 3 days to determine the reason for the deduction

+ Process credits to offset resolved deductions

+ Work within Home Depot’s portal to dispute deductions

+ Backup for Home Depot billing

+ Home Depot Commerce hub billing

+ Print, sort and mail invoices and credits

+ Answering incoming phone calls

+ Backup for Low Slope billing

Under This Roof We Require

+ H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is required and 2+ years related experience Required

+ Excellent computer skills, customer service skills and phone etiquette also required

Base salary and/or rate of pay ranges listed are exclusive of fringe benefits and potential bonuses. Individual compensation offers will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to geographic location, relevant candidate experience and skill, education, and/or qualifications.

Base Salary Range: $48,006-$66,009
