Duration: 2 months contract (with possible extension)

Schedule: 35 to 40 hours per week, manager is flexible on start and end times.

Responsibilities:

+ The successful candidate will support two projects, both considered highly administrative in nature.

+ The first project requires the candidate to toggle between systems to transfer data. There will be lots of pasting and cutting of information from one application to another.

+ The second project requires the candidate to categorize older paper records for easier identification.

Required Skills include:

+ Comfort with computer software and navigation between systems.

+ High degree of detail orientation.

+ Strong organizational skills.

+ Work must be performed on site at Brooklyn offices.

+ Coworkers will be on site to support both projects.

+ Paper records are stored on site and cannot be removed from the premises.

+ The project is expected to take 6-8 weeks.
