Looking for a new opportunity as a Warehouse Loading/Unloading Associate? The SIMOS team is currently hiring for full-time, long-term warehouse/distribution lumper positions. In this role, you must have 6 months of lumping experience. Associates are eligible to receive medical and dental benefits within the first 30 days, paid time off, and weekly paychecks! As a Warehouse Loading/Unloading Associate, you will be responsible for lumping, which involves loading and unloading heavy bulk items up to 70 lbs.

+ Day Shift: Monday-Friday, shift times could vary;7:00am-until the work is complete. You must be flexible in your schedule, as shift start and stop times could vary.

+ Pay: $17.50/hour

Duties:

Inspector/Deluxer

+ Unpacking while quality inspecting large, heavy, bulky furniture consecutively throughout the shift

+ Computer Skills

+ Stand for 8 hrs. stand, walk, bend and move for the duration of an 8-10 hour shift

+ Work overtime when needed

+ Rf Scan Skills

+ Must have great attention to detail

+ Must be able to use technology such as an iPad

Baler Responsibilities:

+ Run baler machine to compress and bind cardboard.

+ Maintain the work area, keep equipment in a clean and orderly condition, and follow prescribed safety regulations.

+ Break down cardboard for recycling.

Position Requirements:

+ Grasps and lifts by hand (floor to overhead) and carries heavy and/or bulky merchandise

+ Read, recognize, and understand numbers and letters to receive the product as well as inspect and pack merchandise using packaging materials to complete customer orders

+ Ability to see/hear and distinguish sounds and signs that alert, instruct, or notify one of danger, such as warning signs, horns, alarms, speech, and vehicular/pedestrian traffic

+ Top quality safety culture, safety actually comes first!

Requirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Must be at least 18 years old.Able to Lift 75 pounds., required education: No Education Requirement.

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $17.50 - $17.50 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
