Job Summary:
The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting our global ability to service and repair Teledyne FLIR product. The Remote Service Center (RSC) Coordinator will work closely with our global service centers and internal teams including company sales, service representatives, finance, and global trade compliance to coordinate a variety of remote service functions.
This position is located on-site at our Wilsonville, OR office.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
+ Document repair activity
+ Receive RSC requests and prepare ERP documents/trouble tickets related to processing return authorizations (RMA)
+ Update ERP with current status of repairs at RSCs
+ Document repair details in ERP upon completion
+ Assist in coordination of field service repairs performed by RSCs
+ Process purchase orders
+ Generate quotes for spare parts to RSCs
+ Receive, review, and process RSC material purchase orders
+ Coordinate with Planning and Shipping teams for the shipment of spare parts
+ Receive and enter purchase orders for maintenance and repair equipment
+ Provide updates to RSCs on the status of purchase orders
+ Track shipments throughout its entire process; service planning, export authorization, shipping, and invoicing
+ Process material exchanges (one-for-one swaps) for RSCs, as required
+ Receive, log, review, and submit RSC invoices to Accounts Payable for processing
+ Coordinate with Service Program Administrator to establish and update service equipment pricing
+ Review and update monthly RSC repair status reports
+ Participate in periodic RSC video calls
Global Trade Compliance:
+ Interface with GTC teams to ensure compliance with federal export regulations
+ Obtain all required license application paperwork from RSC
+ Review documents for completeness and accuracy
+ Monitor license validity throughout lifecycle
Job Qualifications:
+ Associate degree in business management or equivalent, preferred.
+ 5 years experience in sales administration or equivalent in the high-technology government, aerospace, and/or commercial and international industries, preferred.
+ Fluent in the use of Microsoft Office products
+ Experience with SAP
+ Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills required
+ Demonstrated ability to work both independently and within a team environment
+ Detail oriented and ability to research and resolve moderately complex issues
+ Ability to work within a fast paced rapidly changing environment
+ Ability to plan and organize workloads under limited supervision
+ Sales administration/order fulfillment process experience a plus
+ Strong decision making and problem solving skills
+ Understanding of ITAR and BIS compliance (desired)
