    DESCRIPTION:

    The Electrical Service Manager is responsible for all aspects of electrical service operations to ensure customer satisfaction, efficient service delivery, and profitability. This includes managing a team of electricians, handling service requests, ensuring timely billing and collection, scheduling work, and maintaining strong client relationships. This position requires a strong technical background in electrical systems, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage a team effectively.

    As a **Service Manager** at Fisk Electric, you will have the opportunity to:

    + Lead and manage a team of electricians and service technicians, providing training, guidance, and fostering a collaborative, high-performance, and safety-focused work environment.

    + Oversee staffing decisions, scheduling, project coordination, and timely completion of service calls, installations, and repairs, ensuring work aligns with quality standards, codes, and client expectations.

    + Conduct performance reviews, implement quality control measures, and collaborate with project managers and other departments to integrate service work into broader projects.

    + Manage budgets and resource allocation, monitor costs, and work with the finance team to achieve financial goals.

    + Build and maintain strong client relationships by assessing needs, providing accurate estimates, resolving service issues promptly, and developing new business opportunities.

    + Prepare and review operational reports to identify improvements, ensure compliance with safety and legal standards, and drive customer satisfaction.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    + High school diploma or equivalent; Electrical apprenticeship or trade school education is preferred.

    + Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical services, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.

    + Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

    + Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.

    + Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities.

    + Strong experience in commercial electrical services and operations management.

    + In-depth knowledge of electrical codes, regulations, and safety protocols.

    + Proficient in scheduling, budgeting, and managing service operations.

    + OSHA 30-hour certification is preferred.

    + Electrical certifications (Journeyman or Master Electrician).
