Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Signature Treasury Support Servicing Specialist to provide dedicated support to our Signature clients. In this client-facing role, you will build and maintain effective long-term relationships with assigned clients. You will serve as the primary point of contact between U.S. Bank and business customers, ensuring a seamless experience across onboarding, account servicing, and maintenance. You’ll play a critical role in delivering high-quality service and upholding strong client relationships.
Main Functions
+ Client request ownership: Manage client inquiries end-to-end, including servicing and maintenance tasks such as acquisitions and account updates.
+ Navigation and reactivation support: Assist clients with system navigation and account reactivation, ensuring successful task completion without hand-offs.
+ Dual authorization waivers: Authenticate and complete internal steps for dual authorization waivers independently.
+ Account maintenance: Handle signer and account maintenance requests for DDA and Treasury Management accounts through to completion.
+ Proactive client engagement: Conduct outreach to clients to prevent account dormancy and maintain active engagement.
+ Service level agreements (SLAs): Fulfill contracted SLAs with Signature clients, including adjustments, bank letters, and other service deliverables.
+ Reconciliation support: Provide detailed bank account reconcilement information as requested.
+ Dedicated Support Line: Offer responsive and knowledgeable support via a dedicated phone line for Signature clients and corporate employees.
Basic Qualifications
+ Associate's degree, or equivalent work experience
+ Five or more years of experience in financial services industry
Preferred Skills/Experience
+ 2+ years of experience in commercial banking client services, banking operations, or treasury management.
+ Strong understanding of account maintenance processes and banking systems.
+ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Mainframe systems.
+ Extensive knowledge of treasury management products.
+ Proven customer service and client relationship skills.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Comfort in navigating through ambiguity and change.
+ Excellent presentation, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
+ Experience with department-specific systems
+ Superior knowledge of departmental and bank products and services
+ Proven credit support skills
_The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days._

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $29.23 - $38.94
