Early Careers Coordinator – Talent Acquisition

Are you passionate about launching early careers and building the future workforce? Hologic is looking for an energetic and organized Early Careers Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team! In this pivotal role, you’ll drive our college and university partnerships, coordinate campus recruitment events, and support our dynamic internship and graduate programs.

What you’ll do:

+ Build and nurture relationships with colleges and universities, attending career fairs and recruitment events.

+ Recruit for our 3 early career programmes including interview scheduling, extending offers and onboarding/offboarding.

+ Organize and execute on-campus recruitment events from workshops and seminars to leadership speaking events and final presentations.

+ Mentor and support students through their Hologic journey

+ Collaborate with internal teams to identify talent needs

+ Track metrics and drive continuous improvement

What you’ll bring:

+ 2+ years in college programs, university recruiting, or talent acquisition coordination

+ Strong organization, communication, and relationship-building skills

+ Proficiency with recruitment software (Oracle or similar) and social media

+ Creative flair for social content and program engagement

+ A passion for early careers, inclusivity, and making a positive impact

The total compensation range for this role is $55,000- $65,000. Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, territory/ geography, education, business needs, market demand and performance versus quota.
