    Responsibilities:

    + Lead and support a team, providing guidance, training, and support.

    + Schedule and assign tasks, ensuring timely completion and adherence to maintenance schedules.

    + Perform hands-on maintenance and repair work on key equipment and systems.

    + Troubleshoot and diagnose malfunctions, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.

    + Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to proactively address potential issues.

    + Coordinate with production and other departments to minimize downtime and ensure equipment availability.

    + Maintain accurate records, including work orders, equipment history, and inventory of spare parts.

    + Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to source necessary parts and supplies.

    + Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.

    + Develop and implement procedures, standards, and best practices to improve efficiency and reliability.

    + Monitor equipment performance and recommend modifications or upgrades to enhance productivity and quality.

    Requirements:

    + A minimum of 5 years of maintenance experience, preferably in a light assembly and fabrication environment, with exposure to advanced systems.

    + Technical or vocational training in a relevant field is preferred.

    + Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.

    + Experience leading a team and coordinating maintenance and automation activities.

    + Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.

    + Intermediate computer skills, including the use of email and software interfaces.

    + Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

    + Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

    + Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
