    Etude Wines is dedicated to mastering the craft of winegrowing. Etude also produces small amounts of estate-grown Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc, Rose of Pinot Noir and sources incredible Cabernet Sauvignon from some of Napa Valleys’ most esteemed vineyards.

     

    About the role

     

    This position will work closely with the winemaking and viticulture teams in monitoring Sonoma Carneros Estate and Napa Valley grower vineyards prior to and during the grape harvest. Duties include grape maturity sampling and analysis, crop estimates, pest and disease scouting, water status monitoring, and other vineyard sampling as required. There is potential to transition into the wine cellar as the season progresses

     

    Position starts: May-July and goes through October, season dependent (flexible start-date).

     

    About You

     

    The successful candidate will have prior harvest experience, be able to work independently, have strong organizational skills and time management, computer proficiency, have a quest for quality results and work well individually as well as in a team atmosphere. Must have a clean driving record and the ability to lift 30 lbs.

    Pay Transparency Disclosure: The base pay range offered for this position is $20 to $26 per hour. These figures represent what we reasonably expect to pay for this position, but the actual compensation offered will depend upon numerous job-related factors, including but not limited to candidate qualifications, skills, experience, education, location, and alignment with market data. Our expectation is that the incumbent will work out of the Sonoma, and Carneros regions area of CA. If the incumbent works out of another location, the wage rate may fall above or below this range. Treasury reserves the right to modify the range in the future.
